Club Games Schedule
The games on Thursdays and Saturdays are exclusively Club Draw Games of 14 ends. All members present desiring to bowl will bowl in such games and their bowling teammates will be selected by draw. Whites shall be worn on those days. Members shall not arrange and play in a set up game of their choice during the time of the Draw Game, but a member may practice by herself or himself. All members are eligible to play in such games.
Whites are favored, but not required for the games on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Games on those days will be 14 ends by draw among those wishing to be included in such draw games, but members are free to arrange a set-up game in which they select who their bowling teammates and opponents shall be for that game and the number of ends that will be played. It is recognized that some players may desire to play in a much shorter game than 14 ends.
A Draw Game of 14 ends takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. If you are not prepared to play that long you should not enter the Draw Game because Ieaving early is not fair to those who have come to play the 14 ends. Nevertheless, in the case of injury, exhaustion or emergency a player can of course withdraw from the game, but should make an effort to have a substitute finish the game in his or her place if available.
The Coronado Green is open every day during the hours that the Senior Center is open. Any member may practice or arrange and play in a set-up game during any and all of the times that Club Draw games are not being played. The Green is Closed on Sundays except to Members who have keys for entry. Members and guests may play set-up games on Sundays, however, the Senior Center is Closed so restrooms at Spreckals Park or the Coronado Police Department Building must be used.
