Twilight Open Bowling Returns for 2025
The Coronado Lawn Bowling Club will host Twilight Open Bowling on June 26, July 03, July 10, July 17 (Bowling & BBQ), July 24, and July 31. Coronado residents and their friends and visitors who have never before rolled a bowl can arrive at any time between 6 PM and sunset, learn to play the game, and will be playing immediately with other beginning bowlers. It is a fun and casual way to test your interest in the sport. No reservations needed and no fees, just show up in flat soled shoes (no heels please) and have a great time. The CLBC will provide the equipment and will host each open bowling evening. At sunset, everyone will share in appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages to further enhance the festivity and demonstrate the real social nature of this game. Come one, come all to the John D. Spreckels Bowling Green at the corner of 7th and D Ave. for a really fun and free evening. Twilight Open Bowling is very Family Friendly with Junior-Sized Bowls for children.
