CLUB INVENTORY
- Maintained club hospitality supplies
- Continued club keys program with $10 deposit (went from 42 to 50 key holders during 2014)
CLUB STORE
- Maintained Club Store Items
- Sold out of Club Polos in adult sizes
- Maintained stock: Grippo, Sleeves, Chalk, Belts, Measures, Bowls USA Rule Books, Club Pins, Club emblems/patches, Club Towels, and Club Guidelines Books
- Developed and Sold 7 (Down from 31 in 2013) Shutterfly Calendars
EQUIPMENT
- Printed 100 Additional Tournament Score Cards
- Maintained the Club Bowls Cleaning Kit (polish, grippo, sleave, applicators)
- Purchased second plastic bin for Twilight Open Bowling
- Sold 4 sets of used bowls to Oaks North
PUBLICITY, PUBLICATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, COMMUNITY RELATIONS

MEMBERSHIP
- Began with 81 members in January & finished with 93 plus 2 seasonal members for 2014
- Paid Coronado Senior Center Dues for all club members
- Paid City of Coronado contribution for all members
- Updated spreadsheet and paid Southwest dues for all members
- Conducted Free Lesson Program based on call ins
- Printed Professional Quality “Access Cards” for people to use for 30 days after taking a Free Lesson
- Distributed new member packets
- Paid Bowls USA dues for members on request basis
- Created New April, July and October Application Forms
WORK WITH PARKS AND RECREATION AND PARKS SERVICES
- City repaired and fueled blowers and adjusted sprinklers upon request
- Had meeting with architects for the new facility
- Provided report on current programming and ideas for future programming
- Participated on the Ad Hoc Senior Center Advisory Committee
- Attended City Council Meeting in support of new facility
- City installed a donated weather vane
- Received the Commemorative Stone with Plaque
- Purchased Retirement Gifts for Linda Rahn
EVENTS & COMPETITION
- Held 7 Club Tournaments
- Established Southern League team members & hosted League play three times
- Maintained a Winning Points Program for Draw Play Games
- Hosted three Visitations and participated in 3 visitations
- Had 4th CLBC entry in 4th of July parade
- Hosted 8 private events (2 birthday, 2 military, 2 religious groups, 1 foreign visitors group, 1 club)
- Hosted Rotary vs Optimist Event
- Held Labor Day Bowling & Potluck Lunch
- Hosted 4th Annual Coronado Mixed Triples Tournament under SWLBA
- Hosted the 2nd Bill Hiscock 2-Bowl Triples under SWLBA
- Halloween Potluck, Bowling and Costume Contest
- Annual Holiday & Bias Box Gala
- Printed & Distributed Invitations for the Gala
- Designed and Constructed a Club Singles Ladder Competition Board
- Purchased a perpetual trophy for the Singles Ladder Competition
- Awarded Prize to the Club Draw Points Winner
- Received 4 donated car magnets for 4th of July parade
- Received and used Life Sized Cut Out for the Bill Hiscock 2-Bowl
EDUCATION
- Hosted 12 first through 5th grade students participating in a special introduction to sports program in spring; 12 and then 8 First thru 5th graders in fall.
- Added Club Presentation on Lead, Vice and Skip Manuals to Club Library & Inventory
- 6 Members attended Australian Methods Clinic at Oaks North
- Held 1 Women’s Division Skill Clinc
- Held three Oasis group sessions
GREEN MAINTENANCE
- Maintained the Green Maintenance Binder with Maintenance Log
- Maintained the Green Use Calendar Log
- Logged 690 person hours (@ 86 person work days) of Green maintenance work
- Had 10 Club Clean Up Days
- Changed Club Cean Up to 4th Tuesday of the Month at Noon
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
- Had a full newly elected Board for 2014
- Held 12 regular Board Meetings
- Developed a 12-Month Activities Calendar (January 2015-December 2015) for 2015
- Paid Insurance Premium
- Added Sr. Association as a Named Insured on Liability Policy
- Hosted Sacred Heart Students for 8 Sessions
MISCELLANEOUS
- Assisted in the Senior Center Renovation project process
- Recorded winners of Super Shots Club
